This WP assured the orderly development of the Project and the achievement of Project aims and results.
There wasa responsible Project Manager in every Partner Organization.
National Project Managers established and organized national project teams, and communicated with the Coordinator.

The Project was managed by a Steering Committee formed by National Project Managers and chaired by the Project Coordinator. The Steering Committee took decisions concerning the strategic management of the Project, while day-by-day activity was managed by the Project coordinator and WP Coordinators.
The Committee worked at a distance using a dedicated mailing list, a restricted section of the Project website, periodical meetings and videoconferences. Four general meetings to place in Empoli (IT), Prague (CZ), Empoli (IT), and Ljubljana (SL).
Management rules are described in a Handbook for Project Management that is part of the contracts signed by the Coordinator with each Partner.
The Handbook, agreed by Partners, regulated all relevant management issues, including, among others, the cooperation among Partners, a decision making system, and ways of solving disputes.
The restricted section of the project website contains a discussion forum and a space for uploading documents for each WPs; in additon to the internal mailing list.
