This WP will assure the orderly development of the Project and the achievement of Project aims and results.
There will be a responsible Project Manager in every Partner Organization.
National Project Manager will establish and organize national project teams, and communicate with Coordinator.
The Project will be managed by a Steering Committee formed by National Project Managers and chaired by the Project Coordinator. The Steering Committee will take decisions concerning the strategic management of the Project, while day-by-day activity will be managed by the Project coordinator and WP Coordinators.
The Committee will work at a distance using a dedicated mailing list, a restricted section of the Project website, periodical meetings and videoconferences. Four general meetings are planned during the Project plus videoconferences when needed. Management rules will be described in a Handbook for Project Management that will be part of the contracts signed by Coordinator with each Partner.
The Handbook, agreed by Partners, will regulate all relevant management issues, including among others the cooperation among Partners, decision making system, ways of solving disputes.
The restricted section of the project website will contain a discussion forum, an internal mailing list, a space for uploading documents related to each WPs.
Four Project meetings will be held in IT, CZ, IT, FR. Official Project language English.
