This WP will assure Project results (methodology and website) will be used by target groups during and after the Project.
Target groups:

  1. unemployed people in partner countries
  2. directors and personnel of European public and private employment services
  3. providers, practitioners, researchers, decision makers and other interested parties in the career guidance field.

Exploitation will start as soon as the final version of the methodology and website has been produced.
An Exploitation Plan will be drawn at the beginning of the WP, describing in the details the actions each Partner will carry out to assure exploitation.

A copyright agreement will be signed by all Partners.
A Guide on delivering career guidance using websites will be written in English and distributed in electronic format by project website and on paper.

Exploitation of the new version of website (WP1) produced after the Pilot (WP2) will mostly be assured by involving more unemployed in the project website in partner countries and by transferring methodology to two other PES of not partner countries. In each partner country 300 additional unemployed will register and use the website.

Two PES of not partner countries, still to be selected, will develop an additional section of the project website in their own language with the help of WP’s responsible Partner.
Their facilitators will be trained thanks to the Guide for facilitators developed in WP2, one Skype videoconference and the already existing facilitators discussion list. A budget will be available on subcontracting base for reimbursing some costs of participation of the two additional PES of not partner countries.

At the end of the project each national version of website will be taken over an integrate in the website of one of the partners (see WP1).
