Each national version will be animated by one facilitator. Their role is to foster exchanges between users of the website so to promote the social network to form and to interact directly with them when needed, for example by answering to their questions about website structure and / or job search techniques. All the facilitators will be experienced career counselors.
The aim of this WP is to train the facilitators and to support them during their activity in the pilot (WP3). The training will be carried out thanks to one workshop (12 hours, two days) in Italy and by a 30 pages Guide for facilitators.
The support will be carried out thanks to Skype videoconferences when needed and through a dedicated discussion list.
